Komatsu University ranks tenth among city-managed nursing universities in Japan, and is one of only ten with a minimum number of 40-50 students per course.
As Japan's population continues to age, nursing specialists will be needed not only in hospitals but in a number of medical and care facilities throughout the country, to allow the elderly to live safe and fulfilling lives in the places they are used to.
In our department, we instruct students about health regeneration, disease prevention, health maintenance, and a whole array of important details of nursing, so as to help people live happy and meaningful lives using local medical facilities.
